AJ is consistent, supportive and makes every session creative to my needs. He does not just stop at sessions but provides daily check ins and makes sure I’m doing what I’m saying I’m going to do. I have loss 15lbs so far and he makes sure I know it each time I find myself slacking off. He is a constant reminder of why I’m doing this.
