-Went a total of three times. First time was great. My girl was actually happy and she looked and smelled amazing! There were two gals grooming and the one who did my pet was awesome. -Second grooming also seemed fine, although there was only one girl grooming. -Third grooming there was only one girl, the same one who did her second. When I picked her up, she had a noticeable red scrape on her belly, she was still damp, and she was terrified! She was not injured before her grooming. I canceled future appointments and won’t return.

Our Maltipoo Cooper can be a handful at the groomer—he’s a nipper and hates his feet and tail being touched. But Jordan did an excellent job, beautiful cut and nail trim, very pleased. Excellent price, too. We’ll definitely be back!

I have a very large dog with LOTS of hair and is super uncomfortable with new people. I was extremely worried due to past attempts trying to get him groomed. Jordan made me feel so confident he was in greats hands. Extremely professional. She did an excellent job and made the whole experience a lot better for the both of us. Upon pick up I scheduled another appointment and will continue going back to her. My dog hates his paws touched and she was even able to clip his nails! Very happy with the whole experience!
