DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Low class, dirty and outdated. The entrance might look grande, but spa facilities are trashy. The manicure/pedicure area looks like a pop-up in China town, with absolutely no interior design, plastic bowls for soaking, electrical wires on the floor and a treatment that I can get at 1/4 price at "anywhere" USA. The locker rooms are decent along with the steam room area. Th The "spa" pool is absolute trash, cushions are stained and dirty and the wicker lounge seats are cheap, literally you could buy them at K-mart discount store. The server (02/25/25) was terrible. She got our order wrong and of course didn't come back for over 30 minutes so we couldn't inform her, I mean we could have chased her down, but aren't we at a luxury spa? We asked for water, she brought a pitcher with the plastic cups upside down INSIDE the full water pitcher (yes glasses on the top of the ice), GROSS and classless. And of course, she never offered us another drink. At this point, what's the point of a server, just give us a QR code and we'll order on our own. This is not a high-end luxury experience, rather a crappy spa located in one of the most luxurious expensive locations in Arizona. With that said, the view is amazing. Major fail. Fake luxury. And not worth $$$$$. If this is the spa "experience", I can't imagine how crappy the rooms are. Don't waste your time or money.

Beautiful spa setting indoor and the pool area has great view. Go early to enjoy the amenities. Pool was cooler than I had hoped. Don’t love that they automatically add 20% gratuity.

My favorite spa in AZ. You literally feel like you are not in AZ anymore. Enjoy every amenity to get the full experience.

I was pretty disappointed by what is supposed to be a five star experience at the Joya Spa at the Omni Scottsdale. It's the little things that count in these high ranked facilities, and time and time again, the Omni failed to reach expectations. The most obvious of which was a $300 massage for 50 minutes (once tax and tip was included). My masseuse Mome tried her best with my requests, I suppose, but even a simple request to massage my feet was met with an awkward suggestion to use a wooden dowel from her Thailand travels. Since I knew my 50 minutes would be up soon, I had to ask her to maybe move on to something else. Bathrobe hangers in the showers were loose and not fixed to the walls. The shower faucets were old and rusted. The locker room attendants, while hospitable, rushed through locker tours, making it feel routine and not special. Even the entrance where you pick one of five gem stones couldn't provide all the gemstones listed on the wall. The most obvious pitfalls were blatant stains on MANY of the towels on the patio. The pool staff service were excellent and attentive. But every towel I picked up had big stains on them. I mean, really? Overall, disappointed with the waste of massage money and not feeling the experience of a special spa experience. Disappointing.

Had a wonderful spa day at Joya. My massage therapist, Chris, was absolutely fantastic. One of the best massages I’ve ever had.

Rushed, sloppy, and stressful. For this price, the experience is a joke, never coming back!
