I normally don’t leave reviews unless I’m truly impressed, and this service absolutely earned it. When they couldn’t make my original time window, Lauanie handled the rescheduling for the very next day so I didn’t have to. I really appreciated that! They arrived earlier than expected, worked quickly and efficiently, and handled everything with care. While it was a little pricey for the small amount of junk I had, I had no way to move it myself, and the communication and customer service more than outweighed the cost. Mike G. and Lauanie were kind, respectful, and professional, and communicated thoughtfully leading up to the appointment. Great service and great people. Highly recommend!

Junk King was excellent- from a very prompt response and great communication by Mike Green who kept us informed, to the guys who moved everything out. Lauanie and Devin were wonderful and very efficient and professional. They even returned the next day to help disassemble a very large item and take it away. Thank you Michael T and Darian! ON IT!! They were able to schedule me within 1 day!! These guys were awesome! Worked with Michael T and aTJ, what a team! Definitely going to request this crew for my next job. Estimate was quick, clean, and fair. And man, I wish I had that much hustle. They had to innovate a little to get everything into the elevator- and did so without delay. These are "thinking on their feet guys" that know no challenge is too much. Great work for a good price.

I would use this company again in a heartbeat! Renovating a house with three kids and a stressful job has me running on empty, so I truly appreciated their amazing back-office support. Despite a couple of mistakes on my end—scheduling the wrong day and providing the wrong address—the office staff calmly fixed everything and had haulers dispatched right away, hassle-free. When Alvin and Darian arrived, they were total professionals. They showed up on time, called ahead, and cleaned out my entire garage in about 40 minutes. They explained the pricing clearly, took care to avoid any damage, and even offered to help with additional items (though I didn’t take them up on it, my construction zone house is not fit for sight). They left my garage spotless, even sweeping up afterward. It was cleaner than it was when I started. Though the cost was a bit higher than some local quotes I received, it was still less than my online estimate, and the reliability and professionalism were absolutely worth it. The people who quoted me less NEVER showed up, I was waiting here all day for one of them. It's just not worth it, I would call Junk King FIRST next time with no hesitation. Highly recommend for anyone who needs junk removal done right, and doesn't have time to be messed around. I'm including some before and after photos and I want to be totally clear- the stuff that looks like junk but was left behind was left by my request.
