I ordered wine from Kahn’s Fine Wines and never received my shipment. Yet the store still charged me a full FedEx shipping fee and has refused to take responsibility for the missing order. When I contacted them, they pointed to a signature record that does not match anyone in my household. No one by that name lives here, has access to our home, or was ever authorized to receive anything. The order clearly never reached the correct, authorized recipient, but the store still insists everything was “properly delivered.” As the merchant, Kahn’s Fine Wines is responsible for ensuring customers receive what they paid for, or issuing a refund when the product never arrives. Instead, they have left me with no wine, no resolution, and no accountability. I will be filing formal complaints and initiating a chargeback for merchandise not received. Very very disappointing experience. I do NOT recommend this business.

An outstanding liquor store with an extensive range of domestic and international beer, wine and spirits from high end products to inexpensive varieties. I was seeking Korean Soju rice wine and the knowledgeable and friendly staff immediately knew what I wanted and where it was located. The superstore features some historical beer barrels and distillery machinery parts so it is much more than just a liquor store. If you have some needs in the alcoholic beverage area, look no further.

Stopped in for the first time and the staff was unfriendly. I just read a review about this place and I agree they were truly unfriendly. I could go into detail about the different selections but after the experience I had I would recommend no one visiting this place. I've been in rougher neighborhoods with better service.

The staff was friendly and the selection was massive. Not the best street for entry but their parking lot helps accommodate that. Could say that I would be back because they felt like a warehouse of great selections! Most things were fair priced but I would also say that they have a selection for all budgets.
