I've been going here for the past couple years and never had any incidents except for this year I'm not sure if it's cuz they have new people working for them or what I initially went in and was told to expect a refund after I updated my paperwork I didn't received no call back no nothing I called them and then was informed that I will not be getting a tax refund after they updated my paperwork and said I owe the IRS I was also told that it was an error on their and that they would get back to me but never did
