Darren is an amazing coach and he is very helpful , I had Darren as a trainer he gives you the best workout and the best service any coach can give you , I would recommend Darren, he made me do a life change when he was training me with meal plans and pushing me to do my best in every workout.There’s times I had trouble trying to push myself and he also made a working out plan for me to do at home and that helped me a lot. I would definitely go back to Darren for help anytime because he believed in me.
