Did NOT have a good experience! They don't let you take your dog inside which I didn't like at all especially since it was our first time boarding there. It was pouring down rain and they had a firm I had to sign so they came to my car window so when I rolled it down I got all wet. Then they basically dragged our dog out of the back seat and took her in.

I dropped my dogs off at 7:45 in the morning only for it to take over 8 hours to groom 2 small dogs (12 lbs and 14 lbs yokoe moxes). Apparently they have an express service where somone can pay for their dog to jump ahead in line. And then it's first come first serve, if they put down the right order. They kept saying sorry for the miscommunication they said your dogs came in last. I'm still waiting for them to groom my dogs, they will supposedly be done at 4 but honestly who knows with these people. So my dogs have been sitting in a crate for most of 8 hours waiting to be groomed. These people are unreliable and cannot even talk to each other in the same building. Do not use their services!

I got up at 5:30 a.m. and had my dog there at 7:00 a.m. for grooming because I was told by Cindy that I would be first in line if there at 7: 00am. Instead, my dog was put in a kennel until noon because they took other dogs ahead of her which came in later and had paid for an express renewal. I had no idea that Express renewals were booked that day and would not have taken my dog there at 7:00 a.m. had I known this. However, I was told nothing except Cindy wasn't there yet. I picked her up after 2:00 p.m. she was frantic to get outside and relieve herself and drank a full cup of water. Of course they denied that she hadn't been taken out or given water. I am a long time supporter of KHS and drove miles out of my way to bring her here. But those days are over! The condition of that facility bothers me anyway. I wonder why they don't let you come inside to drop off your dog?

We took my 2 dogs into boarding. THERE IS NO ONE WITH THE DOGS FOR ABOUT 12 HOURS AT NIGHT (about 6:30pm-6:00am). I did not know about this until I called and they told me. This is not okay, if something were to happen to the dogs, we would have no idea until the staff got there the next morning. They should have staff with them at all times. Definitely consider this before you choose this resort. The parking lot/ outside is also sketchy.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this place and these people! We have a very large (170lbs) pooch, and she is very nervous/scared and not easy to handle. Every time we have boarded her somewhere else, she comes back sickly looking and it takes her a few days for her to readjust. We boarded her here, and she came back happier than ever! The team here truly cares, and goes above and beyond every step of the way. Even with a more difficult pooch that is very large, they took the greatest care of her! We love you guys!!!
