We had such an amazing experience at Kinder Cuts! Trinh did an incredible job cutting my son’s hair. She was super friendly, patient, and made him feel completely comfortable the entire time. Anyone with little kids knows haircuts can be unpredictable, but she handled everything with kindness and professionalism. The haircut came out clean, sharp, and exactly what we wanted. You can tell she truly cares about what she does. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Trinh!

The dresser has no idea how to cut hair. She cut the hair slanted and wanted to do shortcut. Also had no idea how to behave with kids and needed an assistant. No wonder this place was completely empty. 35 for a haircut that’s needs to be reshaped.

My son hates get his hair cut and they gave him a fade (#1) with scissor cut on top. Show mission accomplish. I recommend them.

Updated post - I went there today and it was busy and i ended up getting Kim. From the moment she was ready I walked over with my son who is on the spectrum was having a hard time transition and sitting. Once I told her he has autism, instantly I felt like the result of his hair was rushed. My second son who also did his hair cut, it seemed like she was rushing as I asked for a fix in his hair. Felt her body language changed, her clients came in and since the lobby was getting full she was rushing. I looked over at Trinity and she was fine, taking her time on the child she was working you. Mind you I had waited 30mins arrived at 11:30 and left at 12:30. I would recommend to call in advance. Previously in October my experience was different. Business is picking up which is great however customer service shouldn’t change. I don’t think I’ll come back, if I do I’ll ask for Trinity. My previous review was this in October. My son on the spectrum and hair cuts are a challenge for him. Love this place as it’s quiet and perfect. Trinity took her time with my son and he did great. He sat thru it and didn’t cry and I couldn’t be more happier. My oldest was with me and he sat quietly playing with the toys they have. 100% our new spot for kids cut!

Asked for layers 3-4 times and the hair stylist gave my daughter a straight cut after her saying “I know, I know” dismissively each time. I finally gave up asking. The hair stylist was not very gentle and was very assertive with my 4yo. The only positive is that it was efficient and quick turn around time for a Saturday walk in. I don’t recommend going and will try out other locations in the future.
