Awful! My grandfather called them and booked a hotel for my dog. We talked to a lady on the phone a few days later who said we could stop by to make sure we like the center; when we came it was clear it was run down and not taken care of, the dogs were kept indoors barking and barking unable to even see outside, most importantly though when we knocked on the door, a very rude lady who is taking care of the dogs, came to speak to us. She was very rude and I definitely would not want my dog ever to be looked after by her. She was extremely disrespectful, unkind and very snotty to my grandfather. She told us that she would come back with information, we waited outside and she never came back. I would never trust my dog to be cared for me her or anybody else this company would ever hire. Do not bring your dogs here. Dogtopia, Rover the app, or any other option is much better!

Kings Ohana’s is great. So kind and loving to my dog. My GSD was blowing her coat. I was beside myself with all the hair. King Ohana’s groomer took care of everything expertly. I am sooo glad I found King Ohana’s!

My cat had a safe and well taken care of experience for a first time boarder. I was able to get updates and photos that reassured me my cat was happy and safe. They are really good at communicating through email and phone. Will recommend and book again!

My pup was happy when we picked her up. And the front desk was nice enough. But…. The smell. Something isnt right. They would do well to use Ro-Cal to sanitize and clear the smell; add some exhaust fans. Take the dogs out more often. Even some pine sol would be beneficial. Again, nice enough up front, but they need to focus on the kennel appeal.

We and our pup Jack love it here! Every one is so friendly and kind and you can tell each and every staff member are huge animal lovers! Jack has so much fun making new friends, and we love getting the photo updates ❤️ Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!
