I have been using Kiwi Carpet cleaning for over 20 years. I love that they have warranty cleanings that you can use as many times in one year for only $20. I also love the way that the carpets dry very fast after they’re done so you know to spend days not being able to step on your wet carpets lol. The Technitians lesson are usually on their game. I’ve had very few that I could tell. That they’re not there to do the best job they could but all I have to do is let the company know. I’m not happy with that person and they will send out another one. But again that’s very rare in 20 years and I have experienced that. I highly recommend using this carpet cleaning service.

Kiwi Services is as bad as it gets. We sent out three expensive rugs to be cleaned, two of which also needed repairs. Kiwi services promptly came to pick up the three rugs. Weeks went by and we heard nothing about the status of our rugs. Eventually, I began making phone calls to inquire about our three rugs. I was eventually informed that all three had been cleaned, but when I asked about the status of the repairs on two of the rugs, Kiwi services had no information whatsoever. It seemed, that they never heard that the other two rugs were to be repaired. They promised to speak to the individuals who would be responsible for the repairs and get back to me. I never heard another peep out of Kiwi Services until I called again to inquire about the status of the repairs. They still could provide no information about the repairs requested on the two rugs. At that point, I had had enough and told Kiwi Services to just forget about the repairs and return all three rugs to us ASAP. Another week went by and our rugs had not been returned. I called again to insist that the rugs be returned to us and was told that they would be returned during the week of October 20. The week of October 20 came and went, and our rugs had still not been returned. I called Kiwi services again and was again promised the prompt return of our rugs. Eventually, one of our three rugs was returned, but the other two were not. More phone calls ensued, and eventually a man arrived with one rug. It was not even our rug! I called again and complained about their failure to return two of our rugs (the combined purchase price of which was approximately $13,000). On November 4, at long last, the last two of our rugs were returned. We will find a different company to handle the repairs we had asked Kiwi Services to make. I will never, under any circumstance, ever use Kiwi Services again.
