Our water heater was not working properly. Noah arrived from Korte Does It All and examined the water heater. He found the water heater had rusted out badly and needed to be replaced. He then took some time to put together a list of options and presented them to us. We chose to just replace the water heater with a similar model. Noah was always very professional and friendly. He had to leave to pick up the new water heater and then was able to complete the removal and new installation the same day. We were very happy with his service.

Forest arrived at the promised time and went to work to diagnose our furnace’s inability to heat our house to a reasonable temperature. He quickly diagnosed the issue, did a quick fix, and will return shortly to take permanent care of the problem. He was personable and knowledgeable - a great representative for your company!

I had the breaker box upgraded when replaced(due to issues) so it was a big project. As with any project there are some hurdles that arise. Korte and their team got the job done and I feel took care of the hurdles and at the end of the project made things right.

We were tired of dealing with filling humidifiers with water all the time and our air handler is in the un heated attic. Dylan and Christian had to remotely install an Aprilaire humidifier and hang it in our laundry room so we now have a whole house humidifier. They did an excellent job, were very professional and thoroughly cleaned up. Dylan then went over exactly how it works and how to set the thermostat. Very pleased with our installation and look forward to a much better quality of life.

Thanks so much for the installation of the new furnace!! Greg and his team did a fantastic job! They showed me everything I need to know about filters and how it runs. They’re very professional and nice! I appreciate how quickly I was able to get the furnace replacement. Also, when they finished, you wouldn’t even know they were here. Everything was thoroughly cleaned up. I will only use Korte from now on for any electrical things I need taken care of! Thanks so much!
