Bought a groupon for a korean body scrub with infrared sauna and coconut scrub enhancement. I called to reschedule my original appointment and the lady at the front desk confirmed she changed my appointment. The next morning I receive a call asking if Im coming to the 10 am original appointment. I specifically stated that I spoke to someone and they confirmed, they checked the call log and said the person I spoke to didn’t log it in the computer. I lucked out because someone cancelled and I got their spot. pros for the scrub- got a personal room to myself. Cons- 1. infrared sauna didnt feel like a real one. 2. Sloppy korean scrub done. Would never pay full price for this service. And I probably wont be coming back. 3. The shower barely had any pressure. 4. Weird mildew smell. Points taken off for customer service and overall scrub experience. Sorry Kume Spa.

I had a very disappointing experience with the body scrub service. It was honestly a waste of my time and money. I booked a 1-hour coconut body scrub, but the service felt rushed and lasted only about 30 minutes. Before starting, I clearly told the staff that I needed extra focus on my back, but that was completely ignored. There was no real scrubbing—just a quick, basic wash. This was not a proper body scrub, just a light bath. On top of that, the overall service was unprofessional. I was given a plastic bag to cover my hair instead of proper headwear, no slippers were provided, and I wasn’t even given a towel for the sauna. They also charged an extra $5 service fee on top of the tip, which didn’t feel justified given the poor service. While the place itself is clean and looks nice, the quality of service is very low. I would not recommend this place if you are expecting a real body scrub experience

I have been a loyal customer at this spa for years, but after my recent experience, I am deeply hurt and insulted. I recently paid $70 to renew my annual membership, but it seems my long-term patronage means very little here. When I called to book a massage and requested a specific therapist I had seen previously, the receptionist informed me that there was a "note on my file." Apparently, because I tipped less than the "suggested" minimum of $20 during a visit last winter, I am no longer allowed to book with that therapist. I have always tried to show my appreciation, and prefer to give a small tip rather than no tip. I was shocked to find that my tip was not only deemed "offensive" enough to be logged in a permanent file, but used to deny me service. It is incredibly disheartening to realize that after years of supporting this business, I am being shamed over a discretionary tip. I have overlooked multiple red flags surrounding hygiene and cleanliness inside the massage rooms, such as sticky/oily footmarks on floors from previous sessions. Also I have had multiple experiences here where I felt the staff were less than professional, which left me feeling uncomfortable. If a membership doesn’t guarantee me the ability to book the services I want, then the membership is worthless. Additionally, if the advertised price of the service is insufficient for the massage therapist to be paid properly, that is a management problem. A loyal client should not be shamed for a discretionary tip. I expected much more professional and compassionate treatment from a place I have called my "go-to" for years and would just prefer a refund for my membership, which is now worthless, as I will not be supporting this business moving forward.

I had an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. Almadelia was the one who attended to me: super friendly, professional, and also bilingual, which made everything even more comfortable. I had the Botanical Deluxe + Face Lifting Massage, and it was simply spectacular. The herbal aromas are very pleasant and relaxing; you truly feel a natural and restorative atmosphere. The best part was her incredibly soft hands and the massage technique. I left completely relaxed and refreshed. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a professional massage, a tranquil atmosphere, and very warm service. I'll be back! 🌿✨

Heaven on earth. I’ve only been here twice but it’s my new go-to for massages. Both times, I have left feeling like I’m on another planet, in a good way :) Reasonable prices, prime location, clean facilities and great customer service every time.

We got a couples massage. Both therapists were AMAZING. The massages were so good, we both felt like Gumby afterwards and were smiling like idiots. I'm so grateful to these incredible massage therapists - they really know the body and how to release. I will be back.
