"The first rule of KJMS is respect." They take this rule seriously here, so it's easy to feel like family. Classes are available for all ages and levels of fitness. People with disabilities are taught modified exercises to accommodate them, without sacrificing the overall lesson! The price is reasonable, even after a recent increase due to inflation. Equipment is kept clean and in good working order. Overall, highly recommended.

Within just a few weeks of my son transferring from a different studio to this one, we noticed a significant improvement in his forms and how sharp he looked doing them. We like that they don’t nickel and dime you every time there is a belt test. Testing and belts are included in the tuition. I felt that the previous studio felt obligated to promote kids that weren’t really ready to be promoted because they had paid extra to test.

KJMS is a traditional martial art that not only focuses on self-defense, but also respect, discipline, and confidence. My daughter, son, and I have been training for almost five years. They have an excellent after school program. This is how we got started because we were having a lot of problems with the program at her school. Get your kids here and then come in for the adult classes. I tested for black belt at 50 and am in the best shape since .y early 20s. UPDATE: I just wanted to provide some updated feedback for people. KJMS recently moved into a new location, which has been an awesome transition and the facility is really nice. I highly recommend coming in to check it out. They have great programs for kids and adults.

We love Kung Jung Mu Sul! It has been such a positive experience for our four-year-old. Not only has it given him an outlet to move his body, but it has also provided a place for him to learn respect, leadership, and listening skills. If I asked him for his review, he would absolutely rave about Miss Christiana and Miss Angel. As parents, we’ve found exceptional support in our efforts to help mold our child into a happy and healthy kiddo — both mentally and physically.
