Probably the worst experience i have ever had with a shop. Stopped in for an alignment and tire balance at 8AM, first customer in, tech stated it would be about an hour... that's reasonable, I am more than happy to wait that. The hour comes and goes, actually blows by.... 2 hours in, the shop tech comes in and let's me know he's sorry for the wait, they are wrapping up now..... 45 minutes later, I ask if they are near finished, a new tech enters, tells me they are having to "tighten the chambers under my car, and that takes a lot of time". I'm not sure if I have the word "idiot" tattooed across my forehead, but I have never had such blatant bullshit served to my face in my life.... 11:15 rears it's face, and what should have been a quick alignment has taken over 3 hours, with 2 other customers sitting in the lobby, told the same lie "it's about an hour wait." ...but hey at least my alignment was fixed, right?.... Oh how wrong I was! To my horror, the car drove EXACTLY the same as before I took it in, pulling hard left, having to hold the wheel at 10° right to stay straight, micro adjusting to stay in the lane... the EXACT same... they had my car on the lift for THREE HOURS and didn't adjust a SINGLE THING!.... I was able to take it to a separate shop the next day who had me flying straight in under an hour... I will NEVER RETURN for services here.

I had such a wonderful experience at Qwik Car! Ronald and Alex were incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. They made the whole process so easy, and I left feeling completely safe and confident in my car. I’ll definitely be coming back specifically to see these two—they’re truly the best. November 5th Update: Came here again for issues with air in my tires. Ronald was here again to take care of me. Unparalleled service once again. Not sure if they gave this man a raise yet, but I need the owner to respond to let me know asap. You gotta take care of good people! I just wanted to give a shoutout to Ronald here at Kwik Kar Lube! I’ve been here numerous times for issues with air pressure in my tires (drastic changes in DFW weather affects tire pressure) and everytime I’ve been here Ronald has been here to greet me and assist me! Ronald is here to serve and Kwik Kar is lucky to have him! Give this man a raise before someone else values him better 🤝🏽

I had a great experience at this Kwik Kar Lube location. The entire team was very friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to doing a great job. I brought in my own oil and filter, and they handled everything with care and respect. They treated me with excellence from start to finish. They also took the time to point out a few other issues with my vehicle, which I really appreciated—it helps me stay on top of maintenance. Safety was clearly a priority, both in how they handled vehicles and how they communicated with customers. I asked several questions, and they answered every one thoroughly and respectfully. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for honest, efficient, and courteous service!

I come to this location all the time for my oil change. I love it because they always accepts coupons. The manager was nice and very informative. I went in on my lunch hour and was in and out within time. . Great Team!!! Alex and his staff was very nice…….
