I really trust Paula and her staff with all my bike questions, repair needs, bike related purchases and general expertise. Definitely stop by even to chat with them because it’s also such a hub for customers and community members alike. No other shop like it in LA.

Paula and her team are the best!!! Danny and Cara are awesome and Paula is so kind and helpful. She spent so much time helping me pick the bike best suited for me and answering a ton of questions. She even demonstrated how to avoid cross-chaining the gears and helped me make sure the bike was secure on my cheap bike rack. Super grateful for all your help and time, Paula, thank you again!! Definitely recommend this shop! Especially to people new to biking or getting back into it.

Paula and her team are the best! There’s so many reasons why LA Cyclery is my favorite bike shop in the city, but at the top of the list is Paula and how knowledgeable and welcoming she is. Paula has always gone above and beyond beyond to help me out with bike stuff and provide high quality service. I’ve been biking in cities across the country for 20 years and never once has a bike mechanic removed and cleaned my crankset during a standard tune up. It sparkled like new, I couldn’t believe my eyes. Paula also sold me & customized my new (used) gravel bike this month and I absolutely love it! The people here really seem to know what they're doing and try to do your best to help you and your bike. My bike felt good as new after leaving it with them for a few minutes. Their dog is also very sweet and will love to spend time with you while waiting for your bike.
