In 2026, I honestly don’t understand the purpose of sales managers in a gym. During my signup, the monitor on my side was not working, so I couldn’t actually see what I was signing. The manager explained the plans verbally but failed to clearly disclose all the fees. At the same time, there was pressure to sign the agreement immediately during the visit. I ended up spending about 1.5 hours on a tour and membership setup, yet I left with less clarity than if I had simply signed up online at home. If the process still relies on in-person sales staff, they should at least ensure customers can see the agreement and that all fees are clearly explained before asking someone to sign.

Been going here for over a month and have had no issues until someone broke the lock on my locker and stole my wallet. I know they don’t take responsibility for stolen property but you would think they would at least have working cameras. Turns out they don’t have working cameras and according to the officer working my case they haven’t worked in over two years. So if you value safety probably would not recommend this location.

I’ve been a member of LA Fitness and don't frequent this locationtoo often, while this particular location looks very nice from the outside, the experience inside hasn’t been quite the same. The building itself appears impressive at first glance, but once you’re inside, there are a lot of small details that seem to be overlooked. The overall upkeep of the facility could use more attention. For example, restroom stalls are sometimes missing tissue, which can be inconvenient and reflects a lack of regular monitoring. Another issue is staffing. It’s often difficult to find someone available if you need assistance with anything, and the front desk does not always appear to be well staffed. Additionally, the gym tends to be extremely crowded during the times I visit, which makes it harder to use equipment comfortably. Overall, the facility has a lot of potential because the building itself looks great, but better maintenance, restocking of basic supplies, and improved staffing would make a noticeable difference in the member experience. Also, a working hot tub would be great and some massage chairs.

I walked in to inquire about membership. I was instantly met with a smell of urine in the enclosed glass foyer area. Also, the fire truck was there because someone got stuck in the elevator. The pool is three lanes. She explained to me that it will be 2 people per lane. It smelled Of strong chlorine. I think I’m just gonna go to the park right or see if I can find another gym within the area. It has an indoor pool
