Absolutely obsessed with my lashes. My lash tech Lana took her time and really listened to what I wanted, and the results were even better than I imagined. My lashes look full, fluffy, and still so natural. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! If you’re looking for a place that does amazing work and makes you feel comfortable, this is it. Highly recommend Lana! 💖

I’m Middle Eastern, so I’m very picky when it comes to my brows, and I’m so glad I found Hop. I booked the Signature Kelly Baker Brow for $35, which includes waxing, tweezing, trimming, and filling inspired by Kelly Baker, and it was 100% worth it. Hop was amazing from start to finish. She paid so much attention to detail and really took her time mapping my face and shaping my brows to fit me, not just rushing through the appointment. She has such a sweet, calming energy. We had great conversation, but the appointment also felt very peaceful and relaxing. The studio itself was super clean and organized. I loved that there were lockers for personal items. It made the whole experience feel elevated and thoughtful. I honestly felt pampered. She finished right within the appointment time, and I was blown away by the results. My brows look clean, full, perfectly shaped, and still very natural. One of the best brow experiences I have had. I will definitely be back and recommending Hop to everyone.

. My lashes do not look bad, the tech did an okay job but they look clumpy and she left a lash hanging in the corner so I had to go back to have it fixed. Overall the place was not for me here are the reasons. 1. The techs don’t wash their hands in between sessions. They only use hand sanitizer It is not efficient in removing oils or spores from your hands. I should’ve left when I heard them rubbing their hands together, but I was already laying on the bed And I just felt so bad getting up and leaving. 2. Because there are so many beds in one room and you’re not in a separate room the techs talk amongst each other so it’s difficult to relax. I could feel my tech laughing and talking in my ear. I think she was trying to be mindful by not being loud but because she was “whisper laughing “ I could feel her breath despite having a mask on. Part of getting your lashes done is due to wanting to pamper yourself, my experience here did not feel as such. 3. I’m on day two and my eyes feel sticky, and are burning since day one. which is something I’ve never felt when getting lashes done. I hate to waste money like that but I am planning to have them removed elsewhere. Overall the prices are reasonable and I saw a lot of good reviews which is why I came. However I am dissatisfied and felt I did not have a pleasant experience so I would not return. Edit: appt was 12/19 with Linh

I had my lip blush done here. Because I naturally have dark lips, the process was explained as two sessions: the first session to lighten my natural lip color, followed by a second session about a month later to add color. Unfortunately, during the second session, a color that was much too dark was used. In the end, my lips returned to almost the same color as my original lips, which was very disappointing. Hop performed the procedure, and while she was hardworking, I believe she should have provided more careful and professional guidance when selecting the lip color. Given my natural lip tone, I relied on her expertise to recommend an appropriate shade, but that did not happen. I paid $600 for the first session and even tipped in advance, yet the final result looks no different from my natural lips. Considering the cost and expectations, I am very dissatisfied with the outcome.

Everyone is kind, professional and made sure i was comfortable during my lashing session . The studio is very luxurious and clean. I got a cat eye wispy set and they really complement my eye shape . Thank you so much to Lady Lash and Brows and a special shout out to Hop for being understanding when I showed up 30 minutes late
