I had such an amazing experience at this lash salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and super welcoming. The staff made me feel comfortable right away and really took the time to understand the look I wanted. My lash technician was incredibly skilled and gentle throughout the entire process. She paid attention to every detail, and my lashes came out even better than I imagined—full, fluffy, and perfectly styled to suit my eyes. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! What I loved most was how professional and hygienic everything was, which made me feel really confident in their work. The whole experience felt luxurious and worth every penny. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality lashes!

I absolutely loved my lashes! Anthony was incredibly professional and made the whole experience wonderful. I came with a friend to get a tint and lift, and the process was so gentle and relaxing. Our lashes are now so defined and beautifully curled. Highly recommend

This place is super unprofessional and is honestly the last place you want to go to get your lashes done. I first made an appointment at this location, looking to do my lashes with Kathy. Texted Anthony about the appointment and he booked it for himself. I called to confirm that my appointment was with Kathy and he said no Kathy is busy and wouldn’t book me appointment with Her. It took me so many tries to go back-and-forth with him to explain that I already paid $26 for a deposit to book my appointment with Kathy, even if that means rescheduling for another day. He then sends me a list of reviews of his other Lash text and tells me that others are just as good. Again, not what I wanted. Long story short, he booked me an appointment with some girl named Haley And then they canceled my appointment again and charged me $30 without confirming with me Or acknowledging the charge. So far, I paid $56 for no lashes And no way to get my Money back After I asked them to refund me for the service that I never received. Girly save the time and the headache and go to another spot in San Jose that provides good service And is professional about booking appointments. Stay far away from here If it’s your first time getting your lashes done. Super unprofessional and rude!!
