Charlie is amazing! She really understands both my hair and my skin tone, which is something I’ve been searching for in a stylist for a long time. I have curly hair, and blending highlights in a way that looks natural hasn’t been easy, but Charlie absolutely nailed it. She recommended a gradual approach to protect the health of my hair, and took the time to patiently explain her reasoning. I really appreciated how honest and knowledgeable she was, especially when discussing some of my initial ideas and why they might not complement my face shape or skin tone. At the same time, she truly listened and worked with me to bring my vision to life, and the result turned out even better than I expected. On top of that, she’s incredibly friendly and just lovely to spend time with. The whole salon has such a cool, welcoming vibe, everyone there is warm and uplifting, which makes the experience even better. And as a bonus, parking is easy! I couldn’t recommend Charlie more highly.

Had a lovely experience with my hairstylist Pinky. She delivered in giving my flat, straight hair much needed layers and volume. After showing her some photos she was able to replicate it with some tweaks that I asked for, pure magic. Lady Neptune is the best Seattle hair salon!
