Mickey from Laid Back is a walking Master Class on how to perform a transaction. Pre-sale videos to provide info. Attentive Q&A after I made contact. Great follow-up to see how my decision making process was coming along, without being annoying or pushy. Remembered specifics about my situation, concerns and needs. The sale itself was smooth and he asked good questions. He recommended what I should consider for the actual trike and accessories. Shipped promptly and the delivery was coordinated properly. We bought our Ramblers in 2018 and Laid Back has maintained them for us so they still run like new. It was the best purchase we ever made. Eight years later and we still ride them with Triker's Grin on our faces. Lots of fun. Living near long country roads is very helpful.

I currently ride a Trek Domane + SLR 6 but wanted the flexibility of a recumbent trike. After watching a recent video by Laid Back Cycles about AZUB trikes, I was sold on buying one. So I purchased an AZUB Ti Fly 26 with the Bosch CX motor and the dual 800wh battery set up.
