Would certainly recommend Lakecreek. My elder daughter was in the Casa programme for over two years. She really adores her teachers, Ms Pavithra and Ms Rebecca. They are very kind, patient, approachable and nurturing. Having been on several field trips with the class, I saw first hand both teachers' care and love for their students. Ms Pavithra, as the lead guide, is very responsive and willing to address any concerns or clarifications parents had. I find that she has a keen sense of her students' individual learning styles and social-emotional developmental needs and provided good advice on how we can also help our child at home. Other staff, including Ms Sharon and Ms Natalie, are very helpful and effective as well. Other things I really appreciate about Lakecreek: (1) the school creates channels for parents to get to know each other and help each other out; (2) the teachers provide photos and/or updates of the children on a regular basis; (3) there is a good range of extra curricular activities after school that we can sign our children up for, if desired; and (4) the school building is new, well maintained and bright.

We've had both of our boys here for the past 4-5 years, now age 6 and 3.5, and it has been such a sweet special place for them. The toddler teachers including Ms. Lily and Ms Chiuyi created such a nurturing environment for the 3's and under, and Ms. Amanda and Ms. Zhang really helped the boys build confidence and emotional intelligence on top of all the other skills of independence and academics. These are truly teachers who make an impact. Ms. Natalie and Ms. Sharon at the front desk keep things humming smoothly, and Ms. Candice has been a fantastic owner, constantly looking for ways to make it an amazing experience for kids and parents. We highly, highly recommend this magical place. They have great lunches, activities and aftercare programs. My kids love art, riding balance bikes in their large shaded playscape, Groovy school bus and the field trips. We signed up primarily for their Mandarin program, and realized all additional, intangible value this school and the classrooms have provided over the years!

This is our third year at this school, our daughter has grown from a three year old toddler to an independent, confident and self- driving young lady. She just has such a love and enthusiasm on learning, super comfortable socializing with all sorts of people, very responsible and shows leadership qualities, and has great passion for others and her environment. For all of these, I know I have a lot to thank the school and her teachers for. They just created such a comfortable and supportive environment where kids are allowed to follow their own nature and passion, and where happily learning can truly happen. My daughter absolutely loves her school and adores her teachers. She considers ms.Amanda and Ms. Zhang her best friends at school and genuinely misses them when school is closed for holidays. She really enjoys now being the oldest kid in the casa program and proudly taking on all the jobs and opportunities being given by the teachers to assist and guide others. The teachers are very experienced Montessori guides with endless patience and love for the kids. You can tell Ms. Amanda and ms. Zhang really love the kids and their jobs, and they and the kids are having fun at the school too. My daughter always tells me how much work she has done and how much fun she had at the school when I pick her up:) We are a bilingual family, I speak Mandarin to my daughter at home. But she learns Chinese reading and writing with the teachers. She's almost 6 now, she reads and writes in English like a 1st grader, and reads and writes in Chinese like a 5 year old in China. I would say she is fluent in both. We do consider ourselves lucky that this school is bilingual and also authentic Montessori, which are equally important to us. We plan to enroll their elementary school program after my daughter graduates from the casa program next summer. Our experience with the school staff is very friendly and super responsive. You can communicate with them easily and quickly through messages. School has many events for parents and socializing each term as well. So if you are looking for an authentic Montessori school and would like your kid to pick up some Chinese, I would say Lakecreek is the best option in the great Austin area.

We have been at the school for almost 3 years, and we love it. I have seen great development in my kids, they have both been learning so much while truly enjoying the experience. We really appreciate all the work the staff does. Both of my children have been with Miss Lily, and they absolutely love her. Her passion and love for the kids is amazing. She's is a wonderful teacher who connects beautifully with her students. Because of her support, my child has gained confidence and is excited to take on new learning opportunities. It’s easy to see how much the children love her and feel comfortable in her classroom. We are very grateful for the positive impact she has had. My oldest one is now with Ms. Jing. She has been an incredible influence on our child. She creates a warm and engaging environment where students feel motivated to learn. She constantly pushes them to think beyond their comfort zone in a way that feels fun and encouraging. The kids truly enjoy being in her class, and it shows in their enthusiasm every day. We deeply appreciate everything she does for her student.

Ms. Pavithra and Ms. Lily has always been very detailed and attentive to our feedback/concerns.They also kept us promptly updated with school curriculum and our kid’s growth. The school provided our kid a positive and nurturing learning environment. It was a true blessing for us to be part of the LakeCreek community!

We started sending both of our kids here at 18 months, and I was nervous at first because it’s such a critical stage in a child’s life. Ms Cindy and Ms Lu quickly put our minds at ease with their incredible care, thoughtful updates, and partnership through key milestones like potty training and social development. The staff is also very attentive to feedback, and truly care about the values of the families they serve. The whole environment feels safe, positive, nurturing, and filled with joy. The school is bilingual, making Chinese and English a natural part of daily life, and offers a wide range of extracurriculars—like dance, sports, and art—that give our kids the chance to explore new interests, build skills, and grow in confidence. Being part of Lake Creek has been such a meaningful journey and a true blessing for our family. We’re deeply grateful to have found a school that supports our children’s growth in every way.
