If I can give 0 stars I would! I’ve been coming to Lala Photography since my son was born, but after today’s experience, I will never return. I booked a Santa photo appointment, received a confirmation call, and showed up on time. When we arrived, Ashley told us we weren’t on the list. She asked us to wait, then left us standing there for about 20 minutes. She came back only to say she had to take the next appointment and would talk to us afterward. We ended up waiting over 40 more minutes, and when she finally returned, she told us my son couldn’t take his pictures because they were fully booked and Santa needed a break. I even asked if we could take regular photos since my son was already dressed and ready, and she still said no. This was incredibly unprofessional and completely unorganized. We took time to get ready, drive there, and wait almost an hour just to be turned away after having a confirmed appointment. The staff made zero effort to fix their mistake, and being told to “call the boss for a refund” after all that was unacceptable. Such a disappointing experience, and it’s upsetting after years of being a loyal customer. I will not be coming back.

My husband and I had such a great experience at La La Photography! From start to finish, everything was amazing. Kelsey was so professional, patient, and made us feel completely comfortable during our session. The photos turned out beautiful, and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. I've been bringing my family here for several years in order to get photos with Santa. Earlier this year we decided to branch out and get spring photos. And then today, fall photos. Kelsey is wonderful! She's photographed us a couple times now. She always gets my highly uncooperative boys to smile and laugh. Highly recommend.
