We had been working with this company for a few years and hired them to do our bookkeeping, the current bookkeeping person and the firm was paid up to August 2025 and never got the work done, the proof of the work was never provided and kept insisting our staff erased all their work, looks like the bookkeeper and the firm don't have good communication even tho they are in the same office, I constantly cc'd the bookkeeper and the CPA Caleb and Ryan and Larry and would never get a response, they mentioned everything was stored (now that we submitted a complaint) but the bookkeeper different and needed time but never gave a timeline when the work would be caught up and completed and got to the point where no one in the firm would respond to the emails asking for updates, the bookkeeper I advised I had hired a new more affordable bookkeeper and she said I could have them work from August to December and she would catch up with August the current bookkeeper said that would not be a good idea so I would insist on having a deadline and timeline when this would be completed, meanwhile CC all the CPAs and admin and would never get a response or timeline. the CPA is saying all records are stored but their bookkeeper was saying the complete opposite that she had to go back and do all the work again but never gave proof of anything and I would go on QuickBooks and she would not log in to do any work or give us updates they basically took the money and never got the work done based of other bookkeepers I talked to there's no way things can be erased easily without really knowing what we are doing to earase each item, I've also learned a lot about QuickBooks I honestly think this company has one book keeper over loaded with clients that she can't keep up with because this was the second bookkeeper they assigned to me because the last one was not doing her job and looks like it became a pattern and stop responding, but saying they saw we got a new book keeper, so just decide to stop working on it and catching up, and not responding to my emails when I told the bookkeeper I needed the work completed so the new bookkeeper could jump in, I don't think there's good communication within their own team I also asked for a refund and they didn't provide a refund because they said the work had been completed but never showed us any proof or provided the completed work. I think you need to look over your employees emails to make sure your on the same page before responding and that all the responses like up with what your response is Stay away from this company looks like Larry was a good CPA but the new team taking over is not good, now that I submitted a complaint they want to reach out but would gosht our messages when we asked for updates and it went on for 4 months with no work being performed to cath up

I hired this firm for bookkeeping, and it was a complete failure. Initially, they were unreliable and unprofessional. After paying up to August, I found out my financial data was supposedly erased,no explanation. They promised to catch up month after month but never delivered. Eventually, they stopped responding entirely. I lost thousands of dollars, and they never refunded or explained themselves. If you value accurate accounting, good communication, and trustworthiness, avoid this company. I had to hire a new professional who actually knows what they’re doing. Don’t risk your finances here.
