DONT GO FOR IT ITS A BIG SCAM!!! They just be polite with you before u sign up for any treatment And they changes there policies according to their wish Before signing up I talked about what if I cancel my treatment in between because my skin is super sensitive they said you will be charged for the treatment you have taken but now they are charging my $1000 for my one session only I had paid $2700 for my treatment and they will only refund me $1700 after just getting one treatment And when I asked for call recording They said we don’t have it but when we call them they say we record calls That is so rude You reply to me here but no one is able to help me on customer service team I keep calling them and they said someone will call u back but no one calls from last 3 weeks Today as well this morning I called again and they said customer service will call in few minutes and now it’s 8 hours and it’s 5pm and u guys are closed Very poor customer service I have ever seen

I’ve been visiting this place for over a year now for hair laser and filler and everyone has always been so helpful! I have to mention Tania who is just the best at what she does! She’s always so attentive and interested in providing the results we want. I hope she gets a raise because she definitely deserves! AAAA+
