Bia was my nurse and did an amazing job she was really great at making me feel comfortable and helping me decide on a look that would look best on me and I really appreciate her honesty. Thank you.! Today I got done Botox, lip filler and laser hair removal and it went great! Also, I want to Thank You Sydney and Claire for being an amazing staff there and always making me feel welcome Every time I come in.. Even when I left, They had my gift bag ready and everything The packaging looked amazing as if I was getting a gift. It’s just the little things like that which makes a big difference. Also I wanted to thank you again Personally for helping me come up with a treatment plan that is perfect for me. And taking the time to really help me.. Then to just sell me something I don’t really need. And ended up getting a better treatment plan at the end. The whole timeI felt very comfortable and not once felt rushed.( Like.. I’ve been coming to LaserAway for quite a while now, and I can honestly say I’ve never regretted it. I get my chin, underarms, Brazilian, and legs done, and let me tell you—this is truly an investment in yourself and such a confidence booster. Bia is hands down one of my favorite nurses. She’s funny, calm, and always sparks great conversation, but what really stands out is how comfortable and confident she makes me feel in my own skin—especially as a mom. She always checks in to make sure I’m okay and never hesitates to offer a break if I need one. Sid, along with the other ladies at the front desk, are incredibly welcoming and always so accommodating with my busy work schedule. The entire team makes every visit a great experience.

Candice and Carmen are so helpful and friendly every time I come in for my appointments. They also answer my questions and take their time explaining things. The nurses are very knowledgeable and make me comfortable during the treatments. They are also very accommodating as far as scheduling for my treatments. I’ve gotten 4 different treatments here (tattoo removal, hair removal, potenza, and clear & brilliant) so far my results are great.

After completing my 8 sessions, I can finally give an honest review. Even though it will take a little longer to fully finish the process (which is totally normal for first-timers like me!), I’m really happy with my experience. It was my very first time getting laser hair removal and they always made me feel comfortable and welcome. All the girls are incredibly kind, and once you start your treatments you also get great discounts for any additional areas you want to do. I definitely recommend this location, they’ve taken such good care of me! 💖

Exceptional service! I love this medspa, and especially Carmin! She’s the sweetest most dedicated patient care coordinator you could ever dream of & she knows her stuff without a doubt! Everyone there is so pleasant! It’s more than just “work” to them… you’re cared for. You’re treated like you deserve everything you’re there for! 10/10!
