If I want to learn how to treat a customer terribly, I’ll just come here. Walked in and I felt such a bad vibe from the women that worked there that I never want to step back in that store. They have no respect for you as a customer. It’s also really cold in there, the products are way overpriced which makes sense why they’re so dusty — no one buys them. I walked out happy that I didn’t give them my money. Don’t shop here, shop anywhere else, literally anywhere, and you’ll feel 100x more welcomed than Lawrence’s. Ok I’m done, that’s all the energy I’ll waste on them.

Called no answer so I went by. They are closed. The only sign on the door said closed Jan 24th Sat. Today is the 28th.. when I pulled on the door there was a blonde women shaking her head saying closed. It’s 2:00 on a Wednesday. She could have at least came to the door and explained when they would be open since there is nothing that says closed online or on the door. Will they be open tomorrow? Make your hours more clear please

I bought a $60 cross necklace from this store and it broke within 2 weeks- cheap chain!!! When I went back to see if I could get a replacement, she told me no and to take it to a jewelry repair place( horrible suggestion)seeing how thin the chain actually is. The necklace was a birthday gift for my 7 year old and def not worth $60! Beware of their cheap but expensive jewelry.

All the women in the store are so helpful, kind, and patient.

Employees are exceptionally rude. Spend your money elsewhere.
