Her communication is excellent—she’s very responsive and always willing to answer questions or help with anything needed. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly prepared and ready for my birthday event, which gave me so much peace of mind. The event space itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, spacious, and versatile enough to work for so many different types of events. There was plenty of room for guests to move around comfortably, and the overall atmosphere made the celebration feel extra special. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a gorgeous venue and outstanding customer service, Layllen and this event space are truly top-tier. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and consistent and she made sure I had all the information I needed every step of the way. When I needed rental chairs last minute, she even went out of her way to offer help and connect me with one of her partner vendors which I truly appreciated. Her support made the planning process so smooth and stress-free. I’m very grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend booking with her.
