My wife and I absolutely love Läderach, it’s hands down our favorite chocolate, and we’ve been loyal customers at their Stanford Shopping Center location for a long time. Yesterday, while we were in LA, we picked up one of their Easter gift boxes as a gift. Unfortunately, with the heat and a bit of oversight on our part, we left it in the car, and the bunny chocolates basically melted into a blob. Today I went to the Stanford Shopping Center location just to see if anything could be done, even though I didn’t expect much since it was from a different store and honestly our mistake. To my surprise, the store manager, Maria Navarro, went above and beyond. She kindly offered to replace the bunny shaped chocolates, even though it meant her store would have to absorb the cost. That level of generosity really stood out. This experience only reinforced why we love Läderach - not just for the incredible quality of their chocolate, but for the people behind the brand. Thank you, Maria, for turning a disappointing situation into such a positive one!

This store has so much to offer… delicious chocolate and gift items. It's quite inviting, and there's Nadia, she's handing out samples. She named and described it. You knew that they were highly trained and ready to assist to everyone. It's a lovely store to visit for delicious gift-giving on any occasion.

I absolutely love love this store and Maria Navarro is absolutely amazing! She really is a chocolate connoisseur and helps with all the tastings and loves to very friendly and warm with all customers. The store is always clean and in great condition. Absolutely recommend it! Excellent customer service.
