Jorge was extremely helpful and efficient. He was able to help us find the correct lens to order and replace the meta glass transition lens that don’t really transition well. He quickly swapped out the lens and so we didn’t need to get a new pair of glasses! 10/10 service

Sarah and Dale (I hope I got her name right) were amazing. The only reason I ended up at LensCrafters was because of the help I received previously from Sarah and Dale. I had issues with glasses that I did not purchase from LC and they fixed them for me. My purchasing experience was even better. The whole staff was extremely helpful and genuinely enthusiastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking for glasses.

I had a fantastic experience at this LensCrafters location! I want to give special thanks to my consultant, Jorge, who calmly guided me through the best course of action for my needs. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Also thanks to manager Sarah, technician Erin – and everyone else in the store I encountered (whom were all super helpful).

The experience was OK. Everybody was pleasant. I was supposed to get an email to pick up glasses but I never did. You spend 200$ on glasses and you figure they at least give you a case instead of just a sock. I’ve decided to reassess a my previous review of three and lower the stars to one from three after just a short time with this pair. I’ve taken great care of these glasses but the right lens pops out with just the slightest pressure applied when wiping them. It is a great inconvenience to constantly have to re insert them. Poor lens fit in frame adds up to poor manufacturing of product. Go somewhere else.

They got my glasses fixed in a so kind and friendly LensCrafters is tucked away back where Sears used to be I can't believe they're not at the front of the mall can you believe it they've been here 30 years. The selection here is awesome they have more frames than anyone in town I think Ray-Ban Prada whatever you want it's here just wanted to give a shout out cuz they treat me so well!!!!! So nice to have customer service we just don't see that anymore do we
