Lifeup has completely reshaped my training routines and my health habits. If you are looking for personalized training routines and motivation to reach your goals, Lifeup is the place to go. Since being a part of Lifeup, I have significantly improved weak areas of my training and my diet, reduced or eliminated pain from nagging injuries, and accomplished goals that I did not believe were possible for me. In my most recent experience with Lifeup, I participated in a 100 day challenge. The challenge was simple and very effective. I simply chose two goals, and if I met those goals each day, I checked them off on a spreadsheet. Nothing more. With some friendly reminders to keep up with my goals, I stayed motivated to get the 2 checks everyday. At the end, I was able to accomplish 2 goals that I probably would not have without this simple competition. What was my prize at the end? Easy. The satisfaction of reaching a goal. Not giving up and still losing can be more gratifying than being handed the win. Thank you Lifeup for getting me on the right path to better overall health and wellness. The “You Can Do It” 100 day challenge was exciting and truly challenging for me. I discovered that I am inconsistent with my daily eating schedule even when I try to plan it. But it became possible to aim towards achieving one of the two goals daily and do my best to acquire the second when possible as often as possible. It’s a fine dance but keeping myself aware of my goals for myself has become the main achievement and process in which I strive for daily.
