Excellent rehearsal space! And they have excellent selections in the vending machines! The people are cool, the music being rehearsed sounds way better than at other rehearsal spaces in the Bay Area.

Very nice rehearsal studios. Not the greatest area (in the bayview) but safe place. It gets hot in the upper level rooms, if you get a studio here get one downstairs!! They offer recording at fair price as well over all a nice place for band practice.
