Deepa that we rented looked nothing like any of the pictures there was trash left from a previous party. There was no AC And we had to stop to pick up ice because there was not already some on the bus. We spent five hours on a bus with no AC in July in Austin. We had elderly and children on the bus and it was a miserable experience. We were told that a party had broken the AC. The owner knew about it and did not fix it because “he was too busy.” I contacted the company and told them about our experience. They asked for more details and then never responded again.

Moura was fabulous ! He was prompt and friendly and we had such a fabulous time. The limo itself was clean and beautiful plus booking was a breeze. We also traveled with children they had the BEST time. Huge thank you to Moura for making our NYE one for the books !
