I came in with very messy hair--the results of an old haircut and old dye job having grown out for literal months--and Brandie did a wonderful job of making suggestions and cleaning up my hair into a new look, while explaining the whole time why she was making the suggestions she was. I came in feeling a right mess and walked out feeling awesome!
