Very disappointed. Completely uneven hair cut for my 2year old kid. I understand kids don’t sit calm and it’s hard to cut cleanly, but that’s why we go to kid haircut places assuming they can do a decent job. Dont recommend for 2 or 3 year olds. The good thing is, we walked in w/o appointment and they accommodated us in 10min.

I’ve been here several times, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the quality of the haircuts hasn’t been consistent or up to expectations. On our most recent visit, I specifically asked the barber not to touch my son’s baby hairs or do a lineup. She acknowledged this, but still went ahead and pushed his hairline back, removing his natural edges. The result was uneven—one side looked like a sharp, unnatural “Tetris”-style line while the other side didn’t match at all. Additionally, too much hair was taken off in the back, leaving a noticeable patch. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service and unhappy with the outcome. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience did not meet the standard I was expecting. Response: I visited your location yesterday at around 4:20 PM. The person who cut my son’s hair was a short Asian woman with short black hair who appeared a bit older. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name because when I asked for a printed receipt, she mentioned there were a lot of receipts piled up and didn’t provide one.
