I’ve been a customer for many years (watch batteries, cleaning, crystal replacement) and today’s visit reminded me why. I needed to have my metal watch band shortened, and it was done in less than 5 minutes at no charge because I was a repeat customer. I highly recommend the store that provides friendly and reasonably priced service.

I brought two Tag Heuer watches to them this morning. One needed a battery, the other I had just purchased used and was not keeping time. They looked at it and within 10 minutes told me it was a minor blockage, they cleaned it and it was working perfectly! They said it was so minor, no charge for that and they charged a very very reasonable price for the battery. Again, both services complete in under 10 minutes! Very friendly and very kind! They are the best for many reasons!

Took an older Cartier Tank in for service. They had no interest. No interest in servicing replicas either.

Good customer service. A little spendier than I’d like for a ring sizing but I paid it anyhow due to reputation. My ring fits great but when I got it home and took a pic and zoomed in, I saw what I couldn’t in-store. I’m glad they cleaned my ring - it was brand new and the seller shipped it with marks on it. But my once smooth ring is now pitted and even had a couple gouges (the neck of the anchor has two facing each other - is that now a weak point?) in it that weren’t there before. Not noticeable to the naked eye, but they DEFINITELY would have seen it through a loop while they cleaned it if I can tell on a zoomed-in picture. So now I’m left wondering how badly it’s damaged and if that will eat into the life of my ring. Nearly every surface may look nice with normal vision but is actually a very uneven surface. I understand polishing silver can produce micro scratches. There is no world in which it would do that much damage if done properly. I would have rather the black left on it at this point as it looked decorative before. (In fact, it was displayed that way on the seller’s website - with the black contrast. They didn’t ask before removing it. Thank god I wasn’t too incredibly attached to it.) These photos were taken the day i first got the ring and i took it in for sizing within 2 days of that, and taken the day I got it back. And the least I should get a refund but I surmise they’ll just tell me I already accepted the product so they aren’t responsible. Which is frustrating. And I don’t have the patience to argue. So I’ll just leave this here to warn people and tell them to request no cleaning of their rings when sized.
