Hair is fried to the point of no texture at all. Stylist, Saphire, told me the ends were damaged and removed but it's 5 days out and my hair has no curls or texture at all, just frizz and fried.I had asked during the consultation to take the lightening slow so that my hair was not damaged but I wasn't listed to and they went for full blonde in one sitting and now my hair is damaged beyond repair. I left mutliple messages asking for a recommendation to fix it and was not called back. Called and spoke to someone twice and was blown off. $550 with tip and its embarrassing. This salon may get it right most of the time but when they get it wrong, they really get it wrong and will do nothing to repair. Thanks alot.

Can’t say enough amazing things about my stylist Saphire. Going in I wanted a perm and color, she educated me on why it wasn’t a good idea with the box dye already in my hair and she didn’t want to damage it. Thank goodness I listened to her and I’m so grateful for the education she provided. She left it up to me to continue but made sure I understood the risk! What an amazing place and special stylist. Forever grateful for all you do!!

Saphire really took the time to hear and understand what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions based on my hair type. The end result exceeds all expectations! My hair looks and feels amazing. The pricing was really good too, especially for how amazing it came out. She’s also super friendly and made the whole appointment feel really comfortable.
