Most horrible experience. Not only the dude was disrespectful but he had the audacity to tell me he detailed my car while he only did simple car wash — no scratch removal no nothing. $400 wasted. The first time I went for regular maintenance they were also very disrespectful. I just tried to give them a second chance and they blew it up real bad as expected. $400 wasted for free car wash I could get when I change my oil. I was dealing with this horrible Spanish guy. The others might be different. I don’t know.

Tried this machine car wash recently, but unfortunately, it didn’t do a great job. While it was quick and convenient, my car came out still looking dirty in several spots. Also, the dryers didn’t get all the water off, so I ended up with streaks and water spots. For the price, I was expecting a much more thorough clean.

The wash is fine but the dudes doing oil changes will mess up your ride and not tell you anything they will go as far as stating in the receipt that you were notified of something without actually notifying you just to cover the fact they damaged your vehicle. I have been loyal to this location for almost a decade even after moving and having to pay a toll to get to them but today was my last visit. BEWARE and check your engine bay whenever you get work done by these guys they have become very sloppy. P.S. Their coolant smells like urine and they constantly overfill the reserve.
my opinion
Could be a better service with wiping down the water after washing, but they crew is fast and the prices are better than the competition in Manhattan, the distance between two plays a role in the $$$. I have been here multiple times. I would recommend it, you get what you pay for, there are many options for your budget to consider.
