The 2 gentlemen were very nice, patient, efficient & professional. Communication with the company was excellent. I was given the 4 hour window & since they let me know an ETA ahead of time I was able to plan around it instead of sitting & waiting, I would definitely use them again. In fact my friend has already asked me to share their info!

I had a king size mattress that needed to be carried upstairs to our bedroom. It was too heavy for my husband & I to do it ourselves. LoadUp sent 2 very nice young ladies out to do the job. I had my doubts they could do it. I was very wrong. They got that mattress up the stairs with no problems. They also hauled down our queen mattress, box spring & the wooden bed. They were friendly & removed their shoes. I was very impressed & happy with their job well done!~

The crew was great! On time and did such good work getting everything! We were a bit uncomfortable paying for the service upfront bc we weren’t familiar with this company. They proved to be very reliable and responsive, easy to work with and very nice crews. We will use again.

Customer service was excellent, I exchanged email with Kay who helped resolve some issues. The loader was good, he managed to get the job done by himself even though it really was a two person job, his helper never showed up. There was one accidental breakage which was unfortunate. More sentimental value than dollar value. The scheduling was easy enough but what followed was frustrating. The original loader never showed up nor contacted me to say he was not going to do the job! After wasting four hours waiting I called the customer service representative who had no idea where the loader was and offered to reschedule the next day. The second loader came late because his trailer wasn’t working, but he was good about keeping me updated about his schedule and showed up when he said he would and managed the job. It’s been an extremely disappointing experience hiring this company, especially given the excellent google reviews! I don’t know if it’s a regional issue but they should definitely vet their local vendors who accept jobs and don’t show up or have some issues or another completing the job on schedule. I don’t intend to hire LoadUp again. I will go with a local company who will be more accountable and professional about handling the job.
