When Local SD Painting came out to quote the job, the process was fair and straightforward. Chad identified ways to save money and left me with the most confidence in his ability to complete the project successfully. I live out of town and needed to coordinate with building management and other contractors, which can be challenging. Local SD Painting was hired to repaint my condo/loft in North Park and did an exceptional job painting, patching, and priming my rental unit to get it market-ready. I had older cabinets that were still in good shape but looked worn. They were repaired, refinished, and painted, and I’m very pleased with the results. The job was executed with great attention to detail while still working efficiently to meet specific requests and deadlines. Communication throughout the process was on point.
