Alfonso came recommended. Called for refrigerator service. He was early for a quick scheduled appointment. He performed maintenance on my fridge that was not completely freezing, making extreme noises and refrigerator not cooling cold. He replaced the condenser fan, said it was hitting the case and should be normal again in 24 hours. He left a mess on the floor that had to be cleaned up. A week passed and I told him there was no change. He came back out looked at a few things said a new motor was needed and he'd call back. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard from him. I read and watched videos, ordered the part and fixed it myself. During my research I learned the fan was supposed to look the way it was so it didn't need to be changed and he didn'teven properly test the motor fir malfunction. This service unfortunately took my money without resolution and it cost a lot of money. Maybe refrigerator repair is not this technician's thing.
