We had a wonderful experience with Love and Care! All of the people we worked with were great. To name the ones I can remember, Trevor, Joe, Mike, and Dominic. They are honest and explained everything clearly and thoroughly before we proceeded with signing the contract for our AC repair. I highly recommend them! They also have a great program where for a small fee, theyll come out and inspect your AC and heaters a few times a year, very worth the price.

Scheduling was very easy (they offer both online or by phone) and I was able to get a service tech to my house within two days of scheduling. The service tech, Jason Marshall, was prompt and immediately got to work. He paid close attention to detail, took lots of before and after photos of his work, and then provided transparent recommendations on things that could be fixed. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Jason did great work and the price was extremely competitive. I’ll be sure to go through this company again next time I need any HVAC work done.
