Booked 9-12. Technician called at 9:55 and asked to postpone to later in the day. We couldn’t. There are a dozen of these companies within 5 miles. It’s not worth our inconvenience.

this was my second time using lsc carpet cleaners for my carpet cleaning needs, and i won’t use anyone else. a family member recommended them after our pets had some accidents on our new carpet. they got out tough stains that another company couldn’t handle. most recently, joe and manuel came out to clean another room and worked on some stain removal, plus they cleaned an upholstered chair and sectional. they were really thorough with the furniture. i appreciate how careful, professional, and friendly they are. would definitely recommend!

This company deserves ZERO stars. Do NOT call them. Do not HIRE them. Scheduled a 9 am appt, got a call from the technician at 10 saying he was on the way. 2 hours later, the tech calls me back saying he was being sent to Mountain View. Called the main office 4 x with ZERO results. "My manager will call you ..." over and over again. This is obviously some scam service employing random phone operators who will rudely hang up with no understanding of what customer service means. Getting your carpets cleaned means moving heavy furniture out of the room along with a host of other disruptions. This is absolutely unbelievable. CALL SOMEONE ELSE! Can ANYONE ELSE!

The team was amazing from start to finish—Joe took the time to explain the entire cleaning process, showing me what goes on beneath the surface of the carpet. They were patient, super friendly, and answered all my questions. Honestly, I didn’t think there was much hope for saving the carpet and thought I’d have to replace it, but these experts came to the rescue! Now, the room looks and smells fresher than it ever has, even better than when the carpet was new. The pet stains and odor are completely gone. The crew showed up on time, were always professional, kept me updated, and treated my home with care. After they finished, I even lay down on the carpet just to see how clean it really was—it felt fantastic! I’m definitely going to use their carpet cleaning services again and would recommend them to anyone in San Francisco looking for top-notch results.

very friendly and professional carpet cleaning company. not many businesses take extra steps to make customers feel truly valued, but lsc carpet cleaners definitely does. i called them about some strange smells coming from my carpets, and manuel was really helpful on the phone, offering tips right away to help with the odor. when he arrived for the carpet cleaning, he explained everything clearly, used special cleaners and deodorizers, and worked hard to make sure my carpets smelled fresh again. their price was also the best compared to a few other quotes i got. they really care about keeping customers happy long term, and i’ll definitely use them again for carpet cleaning.
