I want to start by saying it makes me quite sad to have to write this review. We were very impressed with Lush and the quality of food and service they provided. We got many many comments on how delicious the food was and how beautiful the dishes were. The sad part is that a lot of my guests went home with food poisoning. Now, I was not even going to write a review about this because I know things happen and this is a very unfortunate thing for this business. However, when I wrote an email to let Chef Ted know about this incident, I was met with hostility. Instead of taking the time to listen to my concerns and hear what happened. He immediately accused me of lying to get money from him. He told me it couldn't have been his food and I told him that his chicken dish was the only common factor between the several guests that told me they went home throwing up. It wasn't until I firmly told him, "Look, I want to make it very clear I am not looking for anything from you!" that his tone changed. He did apologize for his accusations and I will give him that. But the fact of the matter is, this is no way to treat a client. It was very unprofessional and rude to accuse me without hearing all the facts. THAT is why I am writing this review. Like I said, the food was delicious and the service was great, but if anything goes awry, be aware that this is how he handled it with us.

Lush catering wowed us! The menus options were great, but we wanted a one thing from this menu, something else from another, and from the get-go Chef Ted was all about whatever made us happy He provided not only the warmers and trays for displays, but also decoration with banana leaves, flowers, gourds. It turned out really nice! Everything was dropped off, set-up and a hot box was provided. The next morning someone came by and picked it all back up. Easy. The food was great. Lots of compliments from guests. I highly recommend Lush not only for their catering, but also the peace of mind you get knowing it’s all going to be taken care of with quality in mind.

Ted catered my daughter's graduation party last night, and he and his staff made it an unforgettable event. The food was amazing! He customized the menu to make nearly everything gluten-free, and no one could tell the difference, which is a huge compliment to Ted. Everyone at the party asked who catered the event and wanted business cards or contact information. Additionally, his staff was highly professional and made everyone feel at ease. They took care of every detail, allowing us to enjoy our evening. We are thrilled to have discovered Lush Catering and will definitely use them again.

We had LUSH Catering Company at my place of employment today and they were amazing in every way! From the set-up and clean up, to the presentation, and, of course, the food, it was all top-notch, quality service and food. All of my clients raved about the food. The flavor of everything was incredible. I had one client literally applaud Chef Ted. I highly recommend LUSH Catering for all of your catering needs. Chef Ted is truly an artist. The combination of ingredients and flavors appealed to EVERYONE.
