I love this place. A great neighborhood car wash. Always towels and vacuums as well. Friendly and helpful staff like Elaine. The monthly membership is a great deal.

I paid $55 a month for this membership so I can zip through the membership line on my lunch break. Today I arrived and I was the seventh car in the member lane. There were three beyond the gate and I was the fourth still waiting to go through the gate. When “Elaine“ stop chatting with her friends she came and waved the back of the line into the empty nonmember lane. Had I known that my license plate could be red in the nonmember lane I would’ve gone through the nonmember lane. It would’ve been nice if they come out before they allowed a bottleneck, but they were too busy goofing off with their friends. instead of using common sense and courtesy by having those of us who had been waiting in line for well over seven minutes go through, she opened the nonmember gate for the overflow and left us sitting behind the gate for four more cars. How does that make any sense?? when I made eye contact with her that I wanted to talk to her she just kind of laughed and avoided eye contact with me so I rolled down my window and told her that that was really poor customer service and I don’t appreciate her in consideration. She didn’t apologize. She didn’t say oh I’m so sorry. I was just trying to take away the bottleneck (which is still not an excuse.) she just said well I had to let more cars go through. With a smirk on her face and a nasty attitude. On top of it when I did get through the gate, she still let the cars in the other lane go ahead of me. Those were cars that were four and five cars behind me. Granted this this is a first world problem and I’m considerably blessed to be able to afford to buy a car wash membership. Nonetheless, her nasty attitude was not appreciated. I did appreciate however That another employee saw the egregious and unprofessional behavior and came over and apologized and I really appreciated him for doing that but it’s simply not enough! If you decide to keep putting your money in this place, even with Elaine still working there, just know that you can go through the nonmember lane if you have a membership. Hopefully they will let Elaine find another job where she can provide her bad customer service somewhere else.

I visited luvs car wash today and Kaylee was amazing she help me find the perfect deal for my car which is the true luvs package and u will say I’m very satisfied I feel she’s great at what she does and made me comfortable you guys need more people like her

Let me tell y’all about dis car wash here, soooo clean. My sales person Kaylee is absolutely amazing. I signed up my third car today with on the TRU LUV package today. And she made sure everything was up to a T. Will definitely use them for life.
