I’ve been going here for years and just had another excellent experience. I drive in from Manassas because Mac’s is SO reliable in the service provided, prices, and customer service. I’ve gotten 3 tire patches (all from nails from driving around DC). Seriously, just go, wait in line (it moves fast), and get what you need done. Staff are all super nice. They have a little waiting area for you while they work on your vehicle. Payment system takes credit cards (for a small upcharge) and Apple Pay. Their tip system is digital if you don’t have cash and also very easy to use.

I’ve been going to Mac’s for years and they never disappoint. Super fast, reasonably priced, and always great service. I hit a curb and ended up with a flat, plus another tire had a nail that was causing a slow leak. They fixed everything quickly and had me back on the road in no time. I can’t recommend Mac’s enough for any tire issues—the crew there is the best!

After noticing that one of my tires was low I brought my car to Mac’s. It’s a drive thru service so I was able to stay in my car while waiting (though I think they also have a lounge). When it was my turn, they quickly found a nail in my tire, removed and patched it, and added air - all for under $25! Much cheaper and easier than I had anticipated! Quick tip - the drive thru entrance is on Florida Ave and is easiest to access while driving away from downtown. GPS kept giving me directions to the back of the business for some reason.

Got all of my tires replaced here for $1000. It's pretty much a drive-thru tire service, which is amazingly fast and easy. I went there on Friday evening and it was very popular. At first, I had to stop on the road to join the line with three other cars in front of me. I felt bad because that was actually blocking the bus stop and the right lane for every car, so I left after 15 minutes of sitting there. I came back about an hour later and luckily got in the line and only had to stop on the driveway (or walkway), as you can see in my first picture. There's a wait time, but once they come to you, it's very fast. I said I needed all of my tires replaced and I wanted to buy them here. The staff just checked my tires first, walked into the office, and rolled out four new tires and showed me the price tag. To be honest, I don't know that much about cars and tires, so I totally trusted the crazy 8000+ positive reviews here, so I didn't check too much but immediately said OK. They are Goodyear, a huge brand that I feel very reassured by. The payment was easy and clear. (I wish I had enough cash in my bank so I could use cash or a debit card without paying an extra fee for using a credit card. The cashier made it clear before you selected your payment, and I appreciate that.) Service was fast, as everyone said. Also, there's a restroom for customers!❤️ I'd want to remind other people that you might want to just turn left after you leave the service area. I went straight first, and unfortunately, there was a parked car blocking there, so I had to turn right into that very tight alley. You need good driving skills or a small car.
