Steve and his team very nothing short of extremely helpful and dedicated. He even personally moved my car to and from the shop when I was out of town to keep working on it, which was beyond expectations and so helpful. He also worked seamlessly with insurance so my claim documentation was always updated. There is also the option to pick up and drop off keys at the gas station next door outside of the detailers working hours which was very helpful for me. Lastly, he was one of the only shops in the Seattle area who would even touch my car when it had mice in it when lots of other shops declined me entirely based on the health risk. Huge thank you to Steve and his team!
