Took two brand new watches in to be sized and have the bands swapped. Charged me $45 dollars and scratched the stainless steel. Purely cosmetic but won’t be coming back. Paid $10 on Amazon for a kit and did it myself the next day to resize. Don’t go here and if you do, don’t bring a pricey watch like I did.

If you need a battery or watch sizing or repair this is the place. They not only change your battery but check the gasket and seal it properly. You can choose the battery guarantee and you’re set for 3-5 years. On my last visit i had him size a few of my high end watches as well. Knowing my timepieces are treated with care is key. Thanks magic touch!!

I'm a long time collector of vintage swiss chronographs. Greg was recommended to me after several bad experiences with watchmakers. Often waiting over a year turnaround. Greg took on an overhaul of a nice old Gallet Excelsior Park Chronograph and returned it 3 weeks later. The work was spectacular, thorough and the watch is gorgeous! A true professional!

Came in to have a clasp replaced on a silver chain. The had the part on hand and did the repair in 20 mins. They were kind and professional. Chain looks great! Would recommend

Had a few pieces reshaped, fixed and polished here. What a terrible experience it was. You would think with their prices, they would be hospitable but no. The last time I visited them was to resize and reshape a ring. I was unhappy with the outcome. When I returned with the ring, I told them very peacefully and calmly about my situation. Not once did they apologize on behalf of me being an unhappy customer but instead went to combat me. The final straw was when they disrespected my girlfriend, spoke poorly to her and clearly wanted just the “men” to handle business. It was a very sad sad situation to say the least. I told them to give me back my ring and that they should be ashamed of themselves. 1 star is too many.
