It's a nice spot but they do not tell you about extra charges such as an extra charge for moon cat polish or "special" nail shape like you are not creating the nail shape. I asked for the water to be hotter when my pedicure started and the lady got a bucket to scoop out the water instead of draining it. I asked for a deluxe pedicure and did not receive the paraffin treatment. I was over it from the time I checked in (there was an issue) til I was done. My second time going not sure if I'll give it another try.

When I walked in and the place was empty on a Saturday, I should have known there would be issues. I had a pedicure and a GelX manicure. The pedicure was standard, nothing special, but my two big toe nails were cut at an angle. When I asked them about it, they said my toe nails grow crooked like that. I pulled up 10+ pictures of my feet after a fresh pedicure and polish to show them "no, it's just a bad job". They ended up filing them to get them straighter but now they are too short. The bigger issue is the GelX manicure. It looks awful! They look like press on nails! I went in on Saturday because I was leaving town for work on Sunday. There is a big gap between my cuticle and the polish. When I asked, the man said, I told you not to do GelX, that is just the way it is. I'd already been well over 2 hours so I just left. When I got home my husband immediately said, why do your nails look like that!? I just got back from out of town and called them to ask to speak to the manager or owner. The man says - I just work here, I don't know when they will be in. So I ask more questions and again he said- I just work here. I asked to have the manager call me but highly doubt that will happen. Every time I look at my nails, it is infuriating. I wanted fresh nails for an important business trip and I ended up with just the opposite and wasted money and over 2 hours in the process. There are several salons within blocks of this spot, no matter how important "no wait" is in the moment when you call - don't do it. It's not worth the crappy job, dirty environment and slow service. I wish I would have read the reviews first because they definitely align with my service. Now I get to go and pay someone else to fix this!

I came with my sister and they only serviced her while I waited. The man attended to 4 others infornt of me that came in after me. Ended up not getting anything done and left after my sister's service was complete.

I only gave a star because I had to! Horrible service!! I sat here for two hours for them to not do anything I asked for! I’ll never go back and I don’t recommend you go to this place !!

Check ALL of the other 1 star reviews. Bait and switch pricing. Invited several friends and I would pay for them. Agreed to inform guest of up front charges and that guest would be responsible for additional fees. Owner agreed on price of about $300 total. Took advantage tricked us at to collect payment quietly from a member of the party. Not me whom originally worked the deal. Charged us $850. TRIPPLE AGREED PRICE. What a disgusting crook. He didn’t do any of the things promised even though I booked 2 weeks prior and checked a few time to confirm.
