My technicians are Erika and Julie. My house is always impeccable with beautiful flourishes. Laundry is tidy and put away to my specifications. We’ve had housekeepers who work directly for us and never did as good a job as these ladies on day 1. The service is also incredibly reliable. Even the one time we had a substitute, she delivered the same services without additional direction on my part.

We moved at the end of 2025 and hired MaidLuxe to do an initial deep clean of our new home. We were satisfied with their work so we decided to have them commence a weekly cleaning routine. After having been a customer for about 3 months, I can say that our cleaning technicians, Abby L. and Blake L. do great work! They are punctual, friendly, and hardworking. They go out of their way to do the "little things" that show they care. I would recommend MaidLuxe to anyone looking for a one-time deep cleaning or recurring cleaning services in the Houston / River Oaks area.

I hired this company in the hopes of finding a long term cleaning service. They told me they’d have to begin with a deep clean for $550. I was told that they would clean the cabinets and base boards, while doing the other normal stuff that needs to get done. A team of three workers came to my home (2200 sq ft, 1800 sq ft if you don’t count closets) for 3 hours and I got a call from the owner saying they wanted to charge me an extra $85 to get the job done. I told them I could not justify paying another $85 on top of the $550 I already paid, so as soon as the three hour mark hit, they left, even though the house wasn’t done. The owner told me they left the kitchen for last, which is why it was so dirty and the dishwasher was not emptied. I asked why they wouldn’t prioritize the high traffic areas, since the team worked in an empty guest room for over an hour, and they didn’t have an answer for that. Leaving dirt, grime, and food crumbs after receiving a payment of $550 is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. When I sent the photos to the owner, she offered to send her team back. Why not just finish the job the first time, instead of waiting for complaints? I already had my dog back home so I told them not to return, and frankly, I’ll make sure people are aware of this ridiculously priced, unprofessional service, so they don’t fall into the same trap I did. There are tons of other maid services out there who FINISH THE JOB and take pride in what they do (see how they made our bed for reference).
